Sir , Wonderful demo . I hav had now clear idea about Whats Role , How to vaigate it . How to search T codes from Roles. What is the functionality of authorisation Object or Permission type . How to serach authorisation Object based on T codes using T code- Su24 . I want to know more about Profile . It is understood that it is technicaly items , Still can we use thsi as business functionality in GRC like HR Profile , IR Profile , IT Profile like wise . Kindly guide .

how do you check which users have access to Roles or Profiles Administration on SAP

Hi Go to SUIM > User>Users by complex selection criteria> By Authorisation values > In next screen Selection by values - Agains Authorization object Give - S_USER_AUT and Hit enter. Now give the value as "02" in the value field and then execute. This will give you list of users who have authorisation to manage the roles. 02- Change. 01- Create. Trust this information is helpful for you.

If you are looking for information on the Support role ( Managing the Application Support) then you need to have roles with less exposure ( Mostly display) and for changes use firefighter. For this create one Parent role and do derivation based on the org structure he needs to work on with the Transaction codes.
