I like using keyboard shortcuts. Say I have an order created and I'm checking the status of on of the items (line items) in the order, using the Change Sales order transaction. Is there a Keyboard shortcut to select / highlight the individual line item without having to click on it via the mouse? My goal is to never touch the mouse unless absolutely necessary. It does increase my productivity and efficiency. I have yet to see or find this particular shortcut. To clarify, I am referring to the lines under the "all items" area in the first screen you are in, not the header for the individual line items or the order header.

I finally figure it out. Shift + space (spacebar) will highlight/select an entire item line. To unselect / remove highlight just shift + space (spacebar) again.

When adding and item to a quote or sales order, how does one change its position to match that of the customer's document? Meaning say I forgot to enter line 4 of customer PO and I go back to add it. It then becomes line 12 but I want to move it up to the forth, is there a way to do so

How do i change the price of the order (pb00) in the pricing condition after i have saved. When i go on change sales order i can only change the “all items” but not the price after i have saved is there a way to do it? Also how do i delete the order if i have already saved ?

You would have to go to the header for the individual item, not the order header. and use the code appropriate for you company's particular version to override / change the price for the individual item. You get get to the individual item's headers by selecting / highlighting the line and the press F2, then go to conditions and scroll down to the bottom of the list. Then enter the code and type in the new price. To delete a saved order, you would go to the "Sales Document" tab at the top of the main screen when you first enter the sales order; keyboard shortcut is Alt + S, then press whatever letter is underlined in the word Delete. This is in the VA02 - Change Sales Order transaction.

You need to create a Solt to ID with the info of the customer. Try first to find a Sold to ID for your cust on XD03; if there is none, then you have to create one and then connect it to your MA on VA42.

You may have your answer but the only way you can do that is before the warehouse delivers the order. If they didn't deliver, you can press the red dot at the top of your screen, under the word "environment". It's been a while for me to remember, but I think that's it.
