This vid is repetitive and delves deeply into why SAP is important instead of a tutorial on how to use or recognize SAP. I don't know if it ever gets to the point mentioned in the title because even on 1.5 speed this vid is too convoluted. It's not necessary to understand business pitfalls in order to use the software developed to circumvent them.

The History of SAP Is wrong. R/3 was Introduced in 1992 not 1998 as stated in presentation. In 1998 SAP Introduced the New Dimensions Products .
