I’m Flo, I’ve been practicing boxing and punching for over 25 years in Saint André Pieds Poings. I am not a world champion but I have helped train several and I intend to continue!
I am a holder of the 3rd degree Federal Instructor Certificate, holder of a 3rd degree black belt of Full Contact, 2nd degree black gloves of Kick Boxing / K1.
I’m the head coach and I officiate with a team of passionate volunteers like me. We wish to widen our contribution and our exchanges with a larger number of people from where the creation of this chain.
