Nah, I was in the same boat as you. I got a rescue dog and he fulfilled so many parts of my life I didn’t know I could feel. I dreaded coming home to an empty house until I had him. Now I’m so excited and can’t wait.

It's true that social media can be very toxic and cause depression. We usually only see the happiest moments of other people or fabricated perfect lives. And it makes us think we're doing something wrong because we don't live this perfect life. I think the best way to keep a healthy mindset is to just focus on ourselves. The only person we should compare ourselves to is our past self. It's also important to keep a healrhy distance to other people we look up to. Parasocial relationships are a thing and they can get out of hand very quickly because it has become so normal to share almost everything on the internet.

Exellent point and well said. Many many people live their lives online without ever experiencing human living. Saphire is an amazing girl, and your family is living an amazing life. I have an amazing life as well, and while I ABSOLUTELY love to see Sapphie and your family interact, it brings a smile every time it's like visiting your favorite neighbors and immersing in the moments of joy. But then returning to my own joy with my dogs, cats, horse and chickens. I would never trade for anything. God Bless be safe and make sure you listen to Saphire.
