36.11.1. Forbidden for catching (catching) of aquatic bioresources areas (places):
All water objects of fishery importance and / or their parts specified in paragraph 26.1 of the Fisheries Rules, with the exception of the Katun River. (Paragraph in the wording put into effect on March 31, 2017 by the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia of February 20, 2017 No. 72.
36.11.2. Forbidden periods (periods) of catching (catching) of aquatic biological resources:
36.11.2.1. On fishing areas provided for the organization of amateur and sport fishing:
Terms and water objects of fishery importance and their parts specified in paragraph 26.2 of the Fisheries Rules;
36.11.2.2. Outside the fishing areas provided for the organization of amateur and sport fishing:
Are not established under the condition of carrying out the catch (catch) of aquatic bioresources from the shore (without the use of floating facilities).
36.11.3. Forbidden for catching (catch) types of aquatic biological resources:
Siberian sturgeon, sterlet, taimen, nelma, lenok, female canker cancer, artemia, artemia on the cyst stage. (Paragraph in the wording put into effect on March 31, 2017 by the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia of February 20, 2017 No. 72.
36.11.4. The minimum size of extracted (harvested) aquatic biological resources (commercial size):
On fishing grounds provided for the organization of amateur and sport fishing, the catch (catch) of aquatic bioresources, fresh in fresh form, is less than that indicated in Table 44 (commercial size):
Grayling 18 cm
Peliad (cheese) 26 cm
Pike perch 33 cm
Burbot 41 cm
Yaz of 25 cm
Bream 25 cm
Carp (carp) 30 cm
Lin 20 cm
Pike 30 cm
Cancer 9 cm
The commercial size of aquatic biological resources is determined in fresh form:
In fish - by measuring the length from the top of the snout (with the mouth closed) to the base of the middle rays of the caudal fin;
In crustaceans - by measuring the body from the line connecting the middle of the eyes, until the end of the tail plates.
The extracted (harvested) aquatic biological resources, having a length less than that indicated in Table 44, are subject to immediate release into the natural habitat with the least damage.
On water objects of fishery value of general use, the minimum (permissible) size is established for the following types of aquatic biological resources:
Grayling, peled, pike perch, cancer - according to table 44.
