In this work separate left and right Chanel .. what i am trying to say that.. you are giving output of one amplifier circuit to one side of your bar where both left and right Chanel are present.. so try to take 2left and 2 right output and connect them to the respective side. And keep the polarity in mind other wise no stereo and distortion will spoil your work..

It looks like speakers connection polarity is wrong: obviously speakers move in different phase and passive radiator doesn’t move at all (although the latter could be because the box is not pressurized )

passive radiator is not moving which means there is air leakage, which means bass is not great. you should seal the box properly with hot glue to increase the depth of music

Its so hard to tune passive radiators. I made a small bluetooth speaker and I placed the amplifier right behind the passive radiator. Box have to be airtight seal for passive radiator enclosure, you have to put small weights on radiator for tuning, so its really trouble.

@@gauravmalik3843 yes, we really do. basically it converts 5V into 5V, but the output has no electrical connection with the input. try without it, you will get a horrible interference sound. but with it, everything is OK. of course it requires you to remove the 7805 regulator from the bluetooth module (if you use the one in the video) or at least cut its legs and make sure they won't make contact with the board anymore. then connect the two spots those legs were on together. when this is done, your bluetooth module requires 5V instead of 7-12V. then use a normal converter to convert the battery voltage to 5V, and connect it to the bluetooth module via tha isolated converter. link: www.ebay.com/itm/1PCS-B0505S-1W-DC-DC-5V-Power-Supply-Module-4-Pin-Isolated-converter-NEW-Z3/173366003622?hash=item285d6b47a6:g:j0gAAOSwpmNbI3pP I CAN GIVE A SCHEMATIC IF NEEDED

some concerns for the speaker quality: - enclosure wall thickness is too thin might cause rattle or cracks from the speaker pressure overtime -not to sure but I think 1 small passive radiator isn't enough to cover 4 speakers that size - I think there was a mistake with the wiring since the speakers are not really in sync (from what I can see in the first clip)
