ભાઈ આપની વાત સાચી પણ હું એક વાત કહું તમને કે જ્યારે તમે ઓનલાઈન માં ફોર્મ ભરો ને પછી આરટીઓમાં ટેસ્ટ આપવા માટે જાવ ને એટલે આરટીઓની મિલીભગતના કારણે કોઈના કોઈ કારણોસર રિજેક્શન કરતા હોય છે અને એ જ કારણે આમ લોકો કંટાળીને એજન્ટ નો સહારો લેવો પડે છે કારણ કે આજ આવી ભાગદોડ ભરી જીંદગીમાં કોઈ પાસે સમય હોય કે તે તે બે-ત્રણ દિવસે આરટીઓના ધક્કા ખાતા રહે આવું કોઈ કરવા નથી એટલે અંતે કંટાળીને એજન્ટ જોડે જવાના છે જો આ સિસ્ટમ ઉપર ની સિસ્ટમ સુધરે અને એમના વિચારો સુધરે તો જ મેળ આવે

Thank you for the awareness of the procedure but after fill out the form main procedure is to submit to RTO. Nobody ready to even answer any questions there, queue is as long at least 500 mtrs. When you just about to submit, lunch time, close time and all excuses. This is the reason why agents earning so well because he took all the money not for him only but also to bribe other officers inside the office. This i heard from agent himself. This is the reason why RTO officers not respond properly to clients.
