Exactly. That is why whenever I'm not okay I tell everyone im fine, unless it is my boyfriend. Whenever I told my boyfriend I was he fine he replied with "Your fine.... But you'll just be sad for awhile?" I cant tell you how he knew exactly how I felt but anytime I tell him im fine he knows I'm really not... And sometimes I will talk to him because he is the only one who will listen.......

That line hit hardest for me I think, I always bottle everything up and don't talk about how I'm feeling or anything, only one person truly knows what I am ACTUALLY thinking and feeling. Every song she writes resonates with me. This one I related to so much because I've never prioritized my mental health. I have this mantra, and in my head it goes a little like: *Someone out there has it worse, they deserve care more than you do. If you get help, they won't.* Its so much easier to tell people "I'm okay" than tell them the problem, because when I say things out loud, they don't sound as bad as they do in my head, and I start thinking I fake all my pain. So I'll just say "I'm okay."
