Pom'potes That might be hard. Alex and Sara are in different dimensions. Alex would need to borrow Sara's dimension travel device. The ship Sara travels in goes through time. The waverider is going to need repairs and that will need to be done by the time bureau. Cisco could take a break from star labs and design something so they can travel between dimensions and the waverider is the test vehicle. That ship needs a major refit.
