Either you never went for govt. Facility or you are not central govt. Servant.....Every central govtservant has CGHS Facility....and all the medical expenses are free as it is reimbursed....do not spread wrong information... Govt doctors are also very well qualified and dedicated...In delhi, you have AIIMS like govt hospital....all the expenses paid are reimbursed by govt. Deptt... This is a fact...

Yes He is right I live in USA 🇺🇸 and getting appointment for any Doctor takes time . Yes Emergency services are superb and they don’t ask you to first pay rather bills come after you are discharged. Yes one must have 7 types of Insurance Policies here in USA to live . One point he missed the Medicare doesn’t cover Long term care after 100 days once you are over 65 hence everyone has Long Term Care Insurance too . 65% Bankruptcy in USA is because of Medical Bills

I m in USA.. his information is partially correct. After working for 10 quarters, you get fixed amount after full age of 67. Not enough to survive..if you don’t have enough savings, keep working till you die. Premium for health insurance must be paid till you die. It is not easy to live in old age.

In UK, free NHS also shows why it is free . Suppose a back pain patient goes to nhs clinic then for six weeks he or she will prescribed only opiod pain killers to take daily by GP. If back pain persists in seventh week then he or she will be shown to an orthopaedic.
