where was the Education Dept when Sara was pulled from school after the teacher questioned the stepmother after seeing the bruises. why didn't they go and check on Sara to check on the education plan. The Chief Executive of Surrey Social Services and the Manager who made the decision need to be sacked now. When fat cat pen pushers lose their job after facing consequences of their failures, they will look at the cases properly and do the job they were paid to do.

There can be only one sentence in this tragic case and is obvious - a total life sentence with no chance of seeing freedom ever again. This is the only just sentence for the poor girl, treated so horribly, cruelly and appallingly by her family. Life in this case must mean exactly that - LIFE. If the murder of a young girl or boy does not merit a whole life sentence, then I don’t know what does. May Sara Sharif rest in peace, a peace she never got in her short life.
