I absolutely love this!! I followed along very easily, left off the longer loop on the back side and added a button on the top for the shorter loop -- so cutesy! Amazing pattern! Can't wait to try it with variegated yarn! endless possibilities! Also, love that I don't have to line it unless I want to... the holes aren't big enough for anything to fall through! Thank you!!!

Sara, I just finished crocheting this adorable little owl coin pouch....and I LOVE IT!!! I used turquoise cotton yarn from Hobby Lobby and decided to use black safety eyes in the center of the white eyes. You taught me a new stitch to seam the two owls together....thank you! It was fun to make, and I'm so happy how it turned out!

If you have black yarn, make few knots and cut the ends, then stick it to the owl
