You can slow the speed of the video down by clicking on the gear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then select "playback speed". You can pause and rewind as many times as you need to if you want to follow along. Or you can write down the pattern which she puts on the screen as she is crocheting. I found this to be one of the simplest crochet videos to follow.
