The reason Sasuke doesn’t want a second child is because he doesn’t want them to be driven to kill each other like him and Itachi. Naruto is the opposite, he didn’t want Boruto to be alone like he was so they had Himawari. Also Sasuke didn’t say he wanted to repopulate his clan, he said revive his clan or bring them back. He didn’t go out and get a harem bc he didn’t intend to father a shit ton of kids lol
