I”m not talking about bringing them back, per say, I’m talking about bringing back the bloodline in a human, with direct genealogy ties to Sasuke and Naruto, and pit them against the shinobi world. This time, being that it would be the verse finale, it would end with almost all shinobi, permanently losing their ability to use jutsu. As to how that happens, I’ll leave that plot to the writers

Sasuke was living with Sakura and Sarada until Sarada became 3 years old. He left the village because they found traces of otsutsukis so he has to chase after them and looking for them even in other dimensions. He has no choice. He's not happy he's leaving them. He even said in the novels he wishes to spend more time with Sakura but he can't since their role in the village is different.

The Rinnegan wouldn't have been a thing for Sarada though since that's not how it works, it requires Indra and Ashura chakra. Madara (Indra) got it because he implanted Hashirama's cells (Ashura). Obito had Hashirama cells in his body but lacked the Indra part so he never unlocked his own Rinnegan.

She can't have rinnegan even Karin was her mother. You need Indra and Ashura chakra (or sosp chakra) to activate rinnegan. Madara was Indra reincarnation and stole Hashirama cell so he activated it after so many years when he was about to die and gave it to pain to revive him. Sasuke took chakra from sage of 6path directly so he was able to activate it. It has nothing to do with Uzumaki clan.

Honestly I prefer she doesn't get a Rinnegan. They had value when Nagato had them, but then they gave it to Madara because of bulcrap revisionism and then Sasuke is given it by probably the laziest power up means in all of Naruto. I think these kids should have different avenues of strength. Boruto with his powers we see in ep 1 (don't want to spoil) Mitsuki with his transformation And Sarada with whatever her eventual Mangekou Power is.
