Sarah Angelone | Team MVP Athlete

Professional Breakaway Roper Sarah Angelone grew up in Virginia until she moved to Texas to attend college. Since then, Sarah has worked her way up through self-made horses to become an accomplished futurity and open rope horse trainer.
After winning the WPRA All-around title in 2022, she received an invitation to the 2023 winter rodeos. Initially, Sarah wasn't planning to rodeo full-time, but after success at indoor rodeos, she set out to qualify for the National Finals Breakaway Roping with her sister, Martha. Sarah finished 4th in the world standings with two horses, including her great sorrel Wilma, a mare she trained in the breakaway.
Sarah's dedication to the sport is second to none, and we're honored to be a part of her successful program. 💪
