It’s true but she’s a narcissistic sociopath. That’s not curable. He said he walked away but she attacked him while drunk, more than once. There’s no evidence he was abusive and Jorge had no dv charges before he met Sarah. She’s the common denominator. It was NUTS to watch it live. Judge Kraynick was done with her. After the most shameful display of craziness and cruelty by a defendant I think any of us have ever seen, so were we all.
@doom40677 күн бұрын
I didn't expect her to go quite that hard, but at least she made the judge's job easy. She still thinks that the judge and the court are different people. She had no problem badmouthing the judge because the court decided sentencing. None of her accusations are true. That list grows every time she speaks, but her amount of evidence remains at 0. She told the jury that she lies under oath for personal gain.

Thanks, Scott, for highlighting that Jorge had a better argument for battered spouse than Sarah. Mutually violent relationship but... she really seems like the abuser, not him...

Her speech reminded me of what we used to do in highschool to fill out the word count for an essay. The teacher's feedback was along the lines of "you're really not saying anything at all here. What argument are you trying to make?" 🙆♀️

I just hope she doesn't get herself either a prison wife or a penpal/spouse. If the Unabomber found someone to propose to there's hope for Sarah!

So many things to say I don't know where to start... A lawyer pointed out: Owens asked Sarah on the stand what she was thinking immediately before Sarah left Jorge in the suitcase. Sarah mentioned zero fear of imminent danger.

They knew she wouldn't take it. Taking the deal means she admits she was wrong. She will never do that.

Unpopular opinion but I don't think that the DA's office heart wasn't really this case. Sad that. Felt like they wanted more than anything to not go to trial. I have my theories as to why that is but I really believe that. So sad

@@PinkyakaAyannajIdk. When I saw the righteous indignation on Mr. Cacciatore's face when he pulled out the suitcase for the first time and Sarah was carrying on and smiling, I could see in his face that he wanted her to go down.

@@Jenna2k they pretty much always offer a plea deal lol, its not rly unusual esp since (at least initially) it seemed like unintentional manslaughter. i really dont think this was some 5d chess move and i doubt they expected her not to take it considering what an insane decision that is

Every single day after (and probably before, like starting the day of sentencing) the eighth of February, 2028, Sarah will violently kick herself in the butt for turning down the sweetheart plea deal, since that's the day she would've been required to be let out of prison if she'd taken it. Instead, she allowed her arrogance to encourage her to turn down that deal and be convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to life. Apparently Florida no longer allows parole so she's in there for good. They also refuse to install air conditioning in nearly all (75%) of their prisons, (which is absolutely abhorrent) so she's in for an extra bad time.

I know in Texas, they keep the jails cold, but even if they have AC in prison, they don't have to turn it on.

I've had a rough week. This video actually just made me smile and improved my week. I've been following Boone so much not just theough you but on my own so for you to toss out a video on her today is just incredible. Thanks for being you. Schmeeda stuyven And LOL at the Darwin awards. It was the stupidest decision of all time to say no to manslaughter with those videos.

Keep your chin up. The week is almost over. The year is almost over. The Sarah Boone trial is over. Let us prepare to begin a new chapter in TCL Lore. Avoid the Noid. When I’m feeling down I go back and rewatch Scott’s videos on Grant Amato. No matter what misfortunes befall me, at least I’ll never be down bad as much as ol’ Gigahead Grant with his Bulgarian pen pal who never writes.

@Kink_Shaman thanks! Started off by being sick and having a half day at work. Then I've been dragging myself the rest of the week just completely drained and waiting for it to end. I appreciate the kind thoughts. The problem is I've re-watched a lot of Scotts videos already so much it becomes hard to do it again lol.
