The way she was smiling when she was trying to slide in a question about at Az & Gwyn ❤❤❤ Also,i can't help but think about gwyn now that SJM is promising there will be more Pegasus's in the upcoming books lol. Yes, of course, could just mean Hellion making another grand entrance, he is of i course Lucien's real dad, but I still have hopes for Gwyn & Az as endgame. Also, Lucien doesn't get enough credit for all that he has done, he's a huge asset for the future of Prythian, Rhys even knows this. I can't see how Elain would push forward in her arc without Lucien being a part of it, Azriels future imo makes most sense fighting along side Gwyn, as equal as as warriors. Lucien on the other hand stands to inherit maybe two courts, maybe even 3 if autumn court chose him through his mothers blood. He is also as of now closest to creating a bridge between to the mortal world, as he is close to Vassa and Julrian. I think Lucien will move the plot forward in bringing peace & it just makes most sense to me it will also involve Elain.

You know, Amren was alluding to Rhys becoming High King. But now that you mention this, I could see Lucien becoming high king with his claim to 2, possibly 3 thrones.

This is the main reason I think Elain *could* end up with Lucien (can’t wait to reread these comments in 5 years). Elain seems to be outside of the Night Court, she doesn’t really fit in except with her friendship with Azriel (who seems committed to the Night Court). She also has a major green thumb/grows the gardens and flowers, etc. I would love to see her as a High Lady over Spring or Day courts, however it comes about. I think she’d be the kind of healing presence that Spring especially needs. Even if she and Lucien don’t end up together (I love the idea of them together!), I’d like to see them become good friends and political allies.

Acotar 5 is going to be Elain & Azriel's. Acotar 6 will be Vassa & Lucien's. Gwyn is going to be a plot device in acotar 5. Azriel has been a warrior his entire life and faced many challenges. He doesn't need a warrior to fight along side. Elain is exactly what he needs.

@Raquel actually, it’s the opposite. “I will not damage your illusions” to “shadows reacting to Gwyn do not mean anything” actually means it DOES have a purpose. And yes, we can be sure who Elain’s love interest is because he was stated from book 2, ACOMAF. Sarah even wrote on facebook a few years back saying there’s going to be a lot of tension, healing and growth for the both of them TOGETHER (specifically wrote together). And she also intended for Azriel to end up with Morrigan at one point, so he definitely wasn’t the one she had in mind for Elain all along. But I understand you trying to convince yourself, Elriel fans are well known for only picking out specific sentences and ignoring everything else (such as, Elain not being fit for the Night court also, pointed out several times in ACOSF).

@Raquel we hardly see any scenes of Elain let alone both elain and az together. She wasn't even there much in the Az bonus chapter. If she was his endgame partner, i think she should be more involved in those pages

​@Raquel Excuse me, but where has it been said that Elain is the most powerful sister and has all the cauldron powers? This has never been talked about and we know that the most powerful Archeron sister is Feyre. I even agree with your theory that Azriel (for controlling the shadows) and Elain (She needs to do something) are going to look for that fourth object. Stop arguing about who the endgame couple will be. What will this change? There will still be people who will ship elucien, elriel and gwynriel. Confirms the next couple will not change people's taste.

Tbh I find it annoying that they hardly talk about books questions like I thought the point of these lives is to promote and talk about the book I understand they’re friends that’s why they talk about random stuff but why not do that in their own personal call?
