People writing that she’s ugly is just funny, because you guys need glasses. She’s a petite woman and she’s absolutely right that walking burns fat like crazy and she always walking in heels. And she might have the genetic of being small.. she’s toned which I’m sure she does keeps herself occupied, and what she eats... if you’re that well she might not get so hungry and doesn’t need to eat much. I have the same so I can relate but I’m taller.

I love how normally she views food. In an effort to negate the bad eating habits of fast food and over-processed sugar products, the US has become overly obsessed with healthy eating. In a normal diet with normal exercise, eating tootsie rolls and peppermint patties is totally ok.

When I started to eat as I wanted to versus any sort of way (a diet), I got healthier. I maintain a constant weight easier. I allow myself sweet treats and salty snacks without being critical or feeling guilty. All of my levels are good and I look good too. Everything in moderation works the best for me.
