Sarah McLachlan brings "Shine On" to Studio Q

For more than 25 years Sarah McLachlan has been stirring emotion with introspective songs like "Building a Mystery", "Adia" and "I Will Remember You". Today, the celebrated Canadian singer songwriter -- who's sold over 40 million albums worldwide -- joins Jian to discuss and perform from her seventh full-length studio work, "Shine On".

Such a beautiful album if not artist, I’ve been listening to the album on repeat today. Sarah is one of my personal favorites. Whenever I’m gong through a sad or difficult period such as lately.😔🥀 I listen to her music, her ballads certainly touch deep down in the heart and spirit. I’ve had so much loss and abandonment lately. Shine On touches on a lot of my personal pain and can relate a lot to what she was even singing about, “Song For My Father” reminds of my own dad whom passed and I miss him so much.😢 I also am adopted like Sarah McLachlan is, and there is still personal pain of having my parents or what it would’ve been like having them. Thank you Sarah for all of your amazing songs and heart touching music. 💛

That is an amazing interview. Listening to her voice, it sounds like she is talking to the radio audience at the beginning of the interview, and he the interviewer happens to be in the room with her but her primary focus is the audience, giving them advice. But as you listen to the interview progress, at some point, it is like she forgets there is a radio audience and she is actually talking to him, and the radio audience is now eavsdropping in on a private conversation. .. That is how Ghomeshi originally got famous, for that quality of interview.

You have done so much for people and animals and it's hard when you lose people you love, but we have to pull through it or it will take us down. we're good people who just need someone to be there in times of need. Se vocês se o juiz vocês puxaram a primeira primeiros vídeos junto com a Lara quando eu acompanhei a Laranenhum momento eu respondi meu palavra nenhum momento eu faltei com respeito com a Lara dos primeiros vídeos com ela deve estar esses vídeos deve estar aí juntomesmo ela faltou com respeito bastante comigo com a falta de respeito que eu não respondi nada de mal para ela o quê eu deixei ela ficar à vontade ela falou tudo que ela tinha de responde nada para ela estava respondendo tá querendo saber qual foi o motivo que ela ficou brava aí eu usei a sabedoria para buscar ela na justiça eagora ficou bravo comigo ele levantou contra mim da forma criminosa eu só escutei deixei ela falar para depois eua minha vontade era xingar ela de tudo que não presta mas eu me segurei para poder pegar ela na justiça eu deixei para mim usar contra ela
