I was supposed to have surgery on both elbows (not due to pickleball, though), but lucked out and found a competent physiotherapist who's also an osteopath. Two sessions of him working on my arms, and my elbows are fine for the first time in 10 years. No surgery, no 30% chance to get seriously worse, seeing as only 70% get better after having it. I feel incredibly fortunate to have gotten the help I needed!

For years my family petitioned the government to award our marine grandfather for a Medal of Honor after he lost much of his lower body in what we thought was battle … until the day he solemnly informed us that he lost his legs playing pickle ball … Also am I the only person who doesn’t know what pickle ball is? I know it isn’t a sport where people use tongs to throw and catch literal pickles but that is the visual that is jumping to mind and I am not sure I want to replace it with the reality.
@blackbird56343 жыл бұрын
@@Nothing_Israel That is EXACTLY what it is! You start in the Gherkin League with tiny coctail pickles and work your way up to Zucchini. Most fatalities are in the Vlasic Dill and Kosher leagues with players falling out due to substance abuse and (as we see displayed here with Amanda) the physical strain becomes too much.

Nah, I think they're just people who get on well. My friends who are women say it gives them a lot of anxiety that they can't just be friendly towards a guy without him thinking that they're flirting, and then him getting annoyed when they're not interested in his advances.
