This is Sarah, Thanks Charles. Was taught old skool ways of cooking..Nice to know it still exists. ❤. Paper towels to sop up oil 😮 what? , I saw it in another video, I love it, such a time saver. I will be using this method, from now on. 😂

That looked so awesome I make similar dishes like that either with chopped meat or chicken. And I have never measured anything my dad taught me how to cook and he just said use your eyes use your taste and you won't go wrong. That was a great video and yes I do the same with paper towels all the time even press them on pieces of pizza Etc to stop up extra oil
