Interesting stuff. The wipe/spray itself is a barrier, but working with the powder, fill in weepy spots on the skin and then glaze it over :) Its been saving me. My stoma ejects into or just above my skin on port side. Leaks inside, around my stoma seem unstoppable. 100 days and counting. Good tutorial, thankyou.

What about those who have a hernia, so the stoma is 53mm. Constant destruction of the barrier ring. Crusting helps, but how do you keep the breakdown from happening?.

Is there no need for a barrier ring once you’ve crusted this?
