Another one of the great groups from the 60's. Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons had so many hits together such as "Silence Is Golden", "Sherry", "Rag Doll", "Candy Girl", "Ronnie", "Dawn", "Let's Hang On!", "Working My Way Back To You", "Big Girls Don't Cry", "I've Got You Under My Skin", "December, 1963 (Oh, What A Night)" etc. When Frankie went out on his own in the 70's, he had the hit songs "My Eyes Adored You" & "Can't Take My Eyes Off You". Also he had a hit with the song "Grease" from the movie. Always loved that he was able to sing in a falsetto voice.

Oh Sarah.Your effusive joy is so infectious. You make people smile. That is a gift. By the way, as other old timers on here point out this is a great rabbit hole. Rag Doll, Sherry are good places to start. But there are tons more. It is impossible not to sing along with thr falsetto. Longing for the 60's. Free love and great music. Good times.

My favorite Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons songs are two of their lesser remembered hits: 1967's "Tell It to the Rain" and 1966's "Opus 17 (Don't You Worry 'Bout Me." Here's a fun fact: If you add up all the songs credited to the Four Seasons, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Frankie Valli, and The Wonder Who (another name they recorded under for one of their songs) and total them up, you'll discover that they charted more songs on the Billboard Hot 100 in the 1960s than any other artist. More than the Beatles, more than the Beach Boys, more than the Rolling Stones, more than any artist out of the Motown stable of artists. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons were a huge force in the '60s...and all the way into the '70s and even the early '80s. And surprisingly, Frankie Valli, who's still alive, retained his incredible falsetto much longer than you might have expected.

Another wonderful reaction from you, dear Sarah. ❤ The Four Seasons absolutely never missed back in the 60s. They would drop a new song about every four months, and every one was a smash hit . You might enjoy "Ragdoll." Keep up the wonderful work. 🤗✌️

I love when new reactors say 'Never heard of them' even though they have been going for decades? Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons have been going for about 70 years since their origins around 1953 or so. They performed under different names until their first big hit 'Sherry' in 1962. Frankie Valli still performs and he is about 90 years old I think👍 He is the only original member still in the band and this year is said to be his last tour🫡 He got married last year so probably wants to start planning for kids😆😂🤣

I was born in the 80s, but this reminds me of my childhood because I grew up listening to the Oldies. If you haven't watched Mrs. Doubtfire with Robin Williams, check it out. It's a great movie & features this song on the soundtrack. Sherry is also a really good song by them, & you might have fun with the high notes, LOL.
