I got an insight yesterday that involves directly message number 2#. My mom was suggesting us building the Christmas tree last night. I noticed my first reaction was fear. Many years were spent in a troubled relationship with my own power and light, which I only know is that relatively recently. The intensity of my sensitivity, and not having the tools to manage or understand it, resulted in a traumatic degree of fear from the shadows cast in my tumbling confusion for over a decade. So when my mother mentioned doing this task, it triggered those old paths in my nervous system, old beliefs which said "I cant handle it, it too overwhelming, it too much." At once I noticed that I was looking through the lens of my mind which was filtering my experience of reality through that polarized relationship with the world that had been conditioned, and which the body responded to in fear. In noticing I did not step onto that particular vehicle of experience. With a breath I stepped back, settled back into my heart space and opened in love to the whole of my experience; the people, sensations, pains, and the aspects within me which were anxious and afraid. In looking through my heart, I am not in concern for problems, not mislead by the fragmentation of the world and ourselves into pieces. Instead in the choice to radically love to the depths of what I am and what is I feel and see the kingdom of heaven present here in the illumination of the here and now in its totality. All is love in truth; fear is a shadow we cast in our turning away, which becomes the self fulfilling prophecy that filters reality through that fear and justifies remaining behind its walls. From the irrational fears, to those fears disguised as practicality. Opening so radically to life can feel as though you have been dunked in cold water, this shock or hard edge which in our fear acted as a deterrent to opening to that place we were before the pains of life turned us away in our innocence, when we did not know any better in how to respond. Absolutely nothing is left out of this love, All is included and transcended.

This was so beautiful to read. I feel as though I have a lot of old, dense energies that have given their lessons but most definitely not serving any longer. Fear and anxiety are ones that keep popping up. Thank you for this reminder to breathe and be aware that I can process all this and end the cycle of pushing it down, only to meet them again. I don't know you but I love you and pray for health, happiness, and peace for you and yours. Go you! Way to rock life!
