YOUR QUESTIONS:
Our surname is Thorstenson and I love Scandi names. I love shorter names since our surname is so long. We already have a 2 year old named Sophie.
I'm due a boy in September and struggling to come to terms with our boy name choice. We think we're going for Guy Tobias John Sharp. but I struggle to say it out loud to people. I don't know if I'm just worried about other people's judgements. or if it's my gut telling me it's not right for us!
Our son's name is Evan Gabriel The name I'm currently obsessing over but hubby keeps rejecting is the name Sienna.. Hubby really likes Zoey and Emmy. I do like Zoey, but it doesn't seem unique enough and is pretty popular right now based on the name charts.

DILEMMA! Our first little Girl is called Freya and our surname is Outlaw (Amazing surname!) Our dilemma is that I love more unique namesMy husband is definitely more traditional. Also because we have quite an out there surname finding something that is unique but also goes with Outlaw is proving tricky!

I’m due in October with girl #2. First daughter is called Freya. We love Scandinavian names because they are strong yet feminine. We have quite a bit of heritage and a last name that suits it. However, we live in America and worry a little about pronunciation. Our current favorite name is Solveig.
Is having children with the same letter tacky? Is it weird to have two siblings with the same letter and another with a different letter

Guy Tobias John Sharp Guy Sharp does have a very grown up sound to it. Tobias Sharp has such nice flow or if you like the meaning of Tobias you could go with the lesser used Tobin. Tobin Sharp sounds fabulous to me!

Bekah Brooks kids will always find a way for something to be unfair! Although it’s nice to have children with names that sound nice together, at the end of the day they are individuals and when they grow up their names won’t be grouped together with their siblings any more. I didn’t want both my children to have names starting with the same letter but it worked out that way. If we had decided to have more children I wouldn’t have limited myself to choosing names starting with that same letter

My brother and i are both a names but i have 2 syllables and he has three. My other brother is an e name. I think the difference of syllables differentiates the names enough so its not an issue. We hardly noticed.

I love Biblical names, but people can't deal with them lol We have Ezekiel (Zeke) Orrin (I thought I'd call him Ori, but we don't lol I found out last year that Orin is a Herbrew girls name, but everyone where we live has a grandpa, or great uncle called Orin, or Oren 😄) and Zipporah (we call her Zippy for short) it's not the original spelling, as I thought nobody would be able to pronounce it with the T at the beginning 😄 So I looked up phonetic spellings, and people still can't manage 😄 I love Hepzibah 😍 My sister has Isaac, Jemima (when Job got his new family, his first daughter was called Jemima) Abel, and her last one is Isabella (obviously not Biblical though) my other sister has Jerusha, Tabitha, and Gabriel 😊 I love Z names, so I also love Zeebedee, Zachariah, and not a Z named, but I love Nathaniel 😊

Gosh I wish I’d gotten my question in before you filmed this!! I’m pregnant with baby #3. I live in the southern US where double names are very popular for girls. My daughter is called Mary Tyler. My son is Davis. We want baby girl to have a name that flows well with their names but not too trendy or popular!! I’m also a fan of nicknames. It looks like you've chosen pretty names there. I have some baby name suggestions.I don't know if they all go with the nickname "Birdie". How about Robyn Elise, Ellie/Ella Harper, Nellie Piper, Arleigh Wren, Emmylou Violet, Lucy Emmeline, Lainey Beatrice, Everly Grace, Emma- Kate, and Winnie-Rose.They are very cute names.I included Robyn with the "Y' and Wren, as they are birds.I don't know how popular Birdie is in the South, but I think it's not very cute for a girl when she becomes a teen. For Luljeta: I don't know if this is a little out there but Fox as a middle for a girl can really add a dash of unexpected, naturey, spunkiness. The short one syllable would also work with Luljeta being a 3 syllable name.

There is 3 ways of spelling Maeve here in Ireland: Maeve (which we see as a more English spelling) Méabh Meadhbh There is also the name Aobh which is pronounced Maeve without the m and Ava without the aa Love from Ireland ❤️😌🇮🇪

Oh, I wish I would have seen this sooner. I know of many names. If you want another E name Eliana Lucia is so beautiful, or Eliana Violet. Eloise Margaret, Eleanor Giselle.Also, Nora Celeste is very pretty or Nora Violet. Annabelle Lily, Abigail Lauren, Emilia Rosalie, or Beatrice Jane.

Loved this baby name Monday video. I was thinking about the lady who has ‘Evan Gabriel’ and looking for a girl name to go with it. Obviously I love your suggestion of ‘Amber’ having a little Amber myself. But as she likes Sienna, I remember Kerry Conway doing a baby name video on her KZbin about her naming her first daughter Sienna and she really liked ‘Summer’ originally but her husband wasn’t keen and googled names which sounded similar to that which is how they got to ‘Sienna’. Once again, I’m biased, having a ‘Summer’ myself. 😃 they do have similarities though with beginning with ‘s’, the double letter in the middle and same sound at the end. How about Summer Grace??? Xx

Guy is my baby boys name!! Our last name is Murphy so I always thought Guy Murphy was a really strong sounding name, to me it sounds like someone who's gonna be somebody some day. Guy is French for 'Leader' and that helped sell me on the name. I wanted my son to be a leader in life, stand out and make something of himself and to me Guy did that for me🙂 He is now 7 years old and he LOVES to go around and introduce himself to people now saying,"Hi, My names Guy Murphy!"
