It’s True coz if he really loved her he would not have an affair with the nanny for 3 years in their own home and Gwen the bread winner! Yeah he loved to have kids with her coz he knew very well that Gwen loves her children more than everything in her life and loves to have simple kind of life as her parents,he using their children to control her and thought that his university education high level than his wife,he couldn’t admitted it that’s only his wife brought everything to prosperity in their family ! He’s never be a gentleman and respected his worldwide popular,famous faithful ,honest,loyalgirlfriend-wife !

I just feel so sad. Isn’t there a place for being a complete idiot in your marriage, prob because he was getting older and lost his sense of power in the world, who hasn’t lost it when they’ve lost something important) breaking down, then building it back up again. So she should put up with him humiliating and devastating her by breaking the vows he made? Let her self esteem and sense of worth go down the tubes. Make her question herself for not seeing it happening in front of her eyes for 3 damned years? She should just accept that because he had a mid life crisis? What about her mid life crisis? When my husband lost a very large business publicly in Vegas he had a mid life crisis for 2 years. While he didn’t cheat he turned into a very different, crazy man. We broke up for 2 years then he finally snapped back but it took 2 years!!! I can’t imagine being a national celebrity and aging so I get that but he didn’t have to cheat.

You hit the nail on the head. He wanted his cake and to eat it too. He didn’t respect her as a person, but he liked her money and fame that benefitted him. He could continue to stay in the limelight through her when his career dropped off. He liked the idea of having a family, but couldn’t commit to it. He’s a narcissist who needed his ego being constantly fed on the tour with groupies. He was trapped in his own worst nightmare as a narcissist-being with a more successful, famous wife. So he took it out on her passive aggressively. He made disparaging comments in interviews about her music, clothes, cooking skills, personality, etc. while he slept with women including their own kids’ nanny. He had to build himself up and tear her down for his own ego to be secure.

@@terri4049 I didn’t realize he said things about her in interviews. When they were photographed together you could tell he wasn’t into her.
