Wow, Sarah! You have outshone yourself once again. What a spectacular painting. Your colour palate is amazing and I love what you did to your corners. I'm so sorry to hear about your shoulder. I've not had a 'frozen shoulder' but both of mine have torn tendons and I know how painful that is. I'm so glad that you are on the mend. Big hugs. So lovely to see you doing more galaxy pours. Yours are always superb. Much love, Alison 💕💕💕

Beautiful Sarah! I didn’t know what result you would achieve with all those colours, but it is stunning! Sorry to hear about your frozen shoulder, I had it once after a flu shot, I went to a massage therapist who specialized in deep tissue release, it hurt like hell but he released it! Glad you are back, love from NB Canada!

Where the white and the blue green or green blue whatever, where they meet up right above the block the thio violet is just stunning!! It looks like it’s lit up!! This whole painting looks like if you touched it you’d feel texture which is so cool

First off, I love the thio violet (and the way you say it is cute! Made me wonder if I say it incorrectly, probably) it’s such a nice pop of color but not too much. This turned out beautiful! Not surprising though ❤ && second- adhesive capsulitis is not fun… at least from what I have seen of people who have had it. And yeah generally it’ll last anywhere from 1 -2 years typically 12-18 months and 3 years in more extreme cases. Have you gotten any steroid injections? If so, has it helped? I like knowing how people deal with each diagnosis and what worked for them and what hasn’t. In residency I had a notebook that whenever I’d come across someone that had pretty much anything wrong with them I liked to know how long it’s lasted, what caused it and what treatments have worked and what haven’t etc etc … medicine isn’t a one size fits all every body is so different I find it fascinating hearing about things like this … you can learn a lot in a “classroom” you can learn a lot in labs but when you actually talk to your patients (or whoever) and finding out their history it even benefits us cause the next person we come across may have similar issues and certain treatments may not have worked for them but having talked to this person and this works for them maybe it will for this person…. I’m going off of a tangent …. And it’s all pretty irrelevant. Though I am curious to know what has helped you… any physical therapy or steroid injections or you just taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen? I hope you get into the thawing stages soon and this will just be something you will be able to say “ i used to have.”

I bi lateral had frozen shoulders, suddenly out of nowhere. My Dr's prescription to my physical therapist was for "Aggressive Stretching". I had significant improvement after each session and was totally better after 6. That's 2 weeks! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "Agressive Stretching" with a physical therapist. It's kind of like Thai massage, only a little more painful 😅 then you be able to move freely without pain🎉

I would love to see these colors again minus the blue black color!! Just wanna see how the other colors play without such a different color from the beautiful vibrant colors. Not that blue black isn’t a beautiful color and it doesn’t NOT look good here but I’m just curious

I love the idea of playing with the color palette! Thanks for the suggestion.
