My fiancé is the same way! She came from a household who didn’t celebrate Christmas and she now lives with me and my family, this is her second Christmas with us (technically the first bc Christmas wasn’t traditional last year due to my moms job) and she’s loving every second of it! She splurged abit on people just like me! We love Christmas and now that I have a better job and was able to buy people presents this year one thing I wanna incorporate is buying myself one gift that’s to me and from me to bring more self love into the new year (it may feel abit silly since Christmas is the season of giving but I feel like it’s important to care for yourself as well ) I’m excited for christmases to come!

Me and my husband bond over board games puzzles and Legos as late night activities so I got him a lot of things for us to build our relationship.

I love this :-) you do a list for each other. I use to give everyone lists of what i wanted or needed. My husband just use to go out and get everything on the list so one day i told him to stop because he works really hard so the last thing he needs to do is go hunt in the shops. I buy what i want for christmas now :-) he then tells me what he wants and i get that to. It works for us :-)

Insulated tumblers are great too for water at the office (or home). I pretty much exclusively drink water out of insulated tumblers now (except for the gym) because i like my water ice cold but don't want to keep dumping out water when it gets warm so the insulated tumblers are a great alternative.

My husband and I are the same but ofcoarse things don’t have to be that way if you can’t afford it. We always splurge at Christmas and like you guys don’t by really during the yr except for birthdays. For the last couple yrs we haven’t spent as much as our son is priority but we definitely try to make it really special. I bought my hubby some nicer clothes, adidas shoes, bath and bodywork’s body care, a couple gift cards, and about 4 Necca retro figures from movies he really likes ie Scarface, goodies, terminator, and it.

I’m a huge tech fan as well and work with selling tech a lot at my job, I’m shocked to hear you say Corsair has bad reviews! I hope I can ease youre mind with the mouse and potentially the headphones because I know they can be alot with what I can say being around tech that often, Corsair’s mice and headphones are definitely worth it, they’re really nice quality for the price and will last a long time the headphone stand though..I can understand where you’re coming from, Corsair is a very trusted brand but for a headphone stand…yea good call, that one will do just as good as Corsairs will.

I love the King Will brand for rings! That’s a really neat idea with the rings you guys have! My ring guard broke last year and so we just got me a new ring! He picked it out and it’s not fancy or “upgraded” at all- it was way less expensive. We spend money on travel or our home- not on a ring! Great idea!
