Hi! I'm so glad you like the videos! A video on Bishop score is certainly something I can do, but the skills are very difficult to explain outside of practice. But will try my best!

@@sarahxuereb94 I would love that! I know in theory how to do it. As you say the skills are difficult to verbalize. We would probably agree this is something you need to do in order to “get the feel for it” As a male student I am having great difficulty getting exposure. Some of my female peers are almost ready to manage active labour but I have not even done a cervix assessment. Your efforts would be appreciated!

Contractions are always defined over a 10 minute period. A maximum of 4 contractions are reassuring to ensure the fetus has time to recover from the contractions.
