यह तो अच्छा हुआ के उसके बाप ने लायसन्स नही निकल वालिया, पुरानी सिस्टम के कारण तो उसके पास जेवेल नाईल होते हुए भी लायसन्स होता था, ये तो मोदी गव्हर्मेंट का शुक्रिया सिस्टम मे थोडा कडापन लाया, लेकिन इस बात का संग्यान आरटीओ डिपार्टमेंट को लेना जरुरी है, लायसन्स देते वक्त पूर्ण शक्ती ,ध्यान रखते हुए ही लायसन्स इश्यू करे🙏
