Chris, can you connect the audio to the phone wirelessly via bluetooth, rather than via cable? It seemed that this is what you were doing in the video.

Hello! the receiver is connected with phone by cable. For iPhone: SR-C2000 3.5mm to lightning connector For Android: SR-C2001 3.5mm to USB-C connector
