No, you can't adjust it up and down. It only goes side to side.

This camera is so stupid the 360 feature always has the camera facing the wrong direction and doesn’t catch anything valuable on the camera I sent mine back DONT BUY‼️

Not to mention they’re made to die after your warranty is up so then you have to keep buying another one. The whole camera is a scam.
