I feel bad for the people buying in this market. They’ll be listening to their neighbors bragging how they bought in five years ago for so much less. Luckily there’s nicer less crowded areas in Florida than Sarasota.Lakewood Ranch in particular is outrageously crowded, small lots, and overpriced

I would never consider moving to Florida as long as DeSantis is governor.
