@David Smith ok now it was hard being in lock down i reckon it drove a lot of people round the bend i had covid a while back but not as bad as most people i used echinacea liquid manuka honey with herbal tea and gargeled with salt and bi carb soda for the sore throat works wonders a long with the honey cheers
