Bro. Ith TWS mathram alla.. all in-ear headphones will cause this problem. Faced the exact same issue during lockdown time due to continuous binge watching using in-ear headphones. Ith pole doctor oru tool vech kore wax purath eduthu.. also, oru ear wax softener solution um thannu. Angane aanu enik veendum kelvi thirich kittiyath. And that wax picking process is so painful 🥲. Athinu shesham, I am using over the ear headphones and normal AirPods (not the pro version which goes inside your ear. I felt normal apple AirPods are safer to our ears). I chose ear safety over active nose cancellation. Also, try not to overuse any kind of earphones for long durations. Once something happens to our ears, it’s irreversible. Take care everyone.

saran bro i was also experiencing the same issue recently . first I thought it was because of the wax that form in our ear was the problem and went to clean it and after the cleaning of the ear wax also I'm slightly facing the imbalance problem .Recently there are more videos coming out the problem they are facing after using tws . Sarath bro even i used to use TWS and wired earphone for almost 7-8 hours a day for job purpose in almost 1-2 years I had the the same issue in my left ear i couldn't hear that much compared to right ear 🥲then after a research and a consultation with doctor I understood the seriousness now i only use speaker for hearing music to office calls and rarely use headphones the other important thing is using TWS or in a single ear for long time is also so dangerous for our eardrums and can cause serious issues Anyway its a great informative and helpful video 👍❤
