I contacted Apple and they told in India, they dont have service center replacement in India and they told they dont know why online resellers are posting this. Amazon told, for a return, i should obtain a written letter from the service center which Will take 2 days atleast. I told i can send them the voice recording of the officer from Apple, but Amazon told I should get a letter in writing, even if the Amazon technician inspected the laptop and found faulty, a letter must be obtained in the return window

There’s no problem in using mac plugged in. I almost always used it plugged in (as I have an external monitor and clamshell mode works only if mac is plugged in). Battery health is still about 90% after 3 years of daily usage.
