I also had a similar experience due to a bulk order. During the 2020 Big Billion Days, I purchased a couple of items for myself and my cousin using the same account. These included a laptop, phone, and some daily items like soap and shampoo. After 2-3 days, the soap was delivered, but soon after, I received a message stating that all my other orders had been canceled. When I checked with customer care over the phone, I was informed that because I had ordered almost 10 packets of soap, they banned me! Interesting! Since I got Pears soap for 50 rupees per item, I placed a bulk order to use in the future, which made them think I was using the account for some other purpose. My account is still blocked to this day.

If you are buying flight tickets from Flipkart, take screenshot of the refund conditions. I booked tickets and due to some change in plans I cancelled the ticket, I received only 110 instead of 6900. They asked for the screenshot saying that the refund amount was 6900, to my shock, I found that the term and conditions during booking was changed. Fortunately I took screenshot during booking and I sent to them, after 2 weeks of unlimited phone calls with long holding time, I got 6500 back.
