1. sardar ji always uses the chicken which is around 800-900 grams. which is mostly used by the restaurant for tandoori chicken. which can be cooked easily and fast and it is also cheap. 2. roties are completely raw (kacchi), becuase they were made in hurry. 220 rupees for one small leg piece not worth it.

Today specially for lunch i went to sardarji meat wala from noida to sadar bazar and the food was just fine but the prices are really high. 460rs for 3 very small pieces of mutton they were not piece of mutton it was relevant to gurde kaleji. Quantity was not sufficient for a single person for which i paid 460 per plate. 240 rs for 1full chicken in full chicken there is only one big leg piece that is full for sardar ji. Bill for 3 people was 1160. They are not providing any luxury facility to custoumer but they are charging bill as a multi cusine restro. I request blogger for god sake dont make videos just for likes and share, first compare the food and prices than post on your channel..

bhai Animesh, in India we have some states like Bihar where milllions of people are extremely poor and starving. They are uneducated, have 7 8 kids, and have no means of earning money to feed their children. So as a result, there are hundreds of thousands of poor and yound boys and girls who just run away from their starving houses, rather than living in such state they decide to run away and they end up in Delhi Bombay but without working, how would they survive. Bahut zyada costly hai ye toh, aap Raipur chhattisgarh aayiye, 220rs me aap 2 log pet bhar ke chulhe se bana chicken kha lenge wo bhi bahut he zyada tasty wala . Aur aap yaha ka khana khane ke baad aap 10/10 de ke he rahenge sach me.
