The luff of the headsail should be longer. That sail doesn't fit the boat. Otherwise it's a very nice project. Well done. Would love to see this in a 16 or 17 footer without the cuddy cabin.

The only issue I can see, aside from needing tighter shrouds, is the jib sheeting seems too far inboard, choking the main and slowing the boat. Great looking boat tho!
