Tastes like grit. I see them often now. I toss the egg mass out, remove the bone and eat the rest. Then I return the roe to the store for my money back.

I'm literally here because I saw this lastnight in my sardines and still feeling upset, I immediately knew it had to be fish eggs and I was like nahhh, not eating those balls ewwwwww

I just found some in my can of sardines today. Lost my appetite. I thought "eggs" at first but I've never seen sardine eggs before so, what if its a parasite? I just threw it away and contacted the company.

I was just enjoying my sardine and rice until It started tasting grainy in my mouth. I looked what it was and it looked like this I was so mad. I’m never eating sardines again. It felt so nasty and this was the first time I had sardine in years.
