1 cup green pista
2 cup fox nuts
1 cup walnut
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup almonds
2 tbsp sunflower seed
2 tbsp pumpkin seed
2 tbsp sesame seed
2 tbsp melon seed
2 tbsp khaskhas (poppy seed)
2 tbsp flex seed
1 nutmeg powder
1 tsp green cardmom powder
2 tbsp dry ginger powder (sonth )
roasted (1 tsp fennel seed + 1 tsp fenugreek seed ) powder
5 cup ragi atta
1 cup ghee
1/4 cup gond
4 cup jaggery
