आज हम मटर की खस्ता लेयर वाली कचौरी की रेसिपी बनायेगे जो खाने मे बहुत ही टेस्टी है और जिसे देखते ही आपके मुंह में पानी आ जायेगा और ज्यादातर इसे सर्दियों में बनाया जाता है अब वैसे ही सर्दियों का मौसम चल रहा है तो ऐसे में आप भी इसे जरूर बनाए और अगर आप इसे बनायेंगे तो आपको भी जरुर पसंद आयेगी
ठंड के मौसम में गरमा गरम कचौरी किसे पसंद नहीं आती? आज मैं सर्दियों की स्पेशल मटर कचौरी बना रही हूँ जिसे मैंने नए तरीके से बनाया है और यह देखने में भी बहुत खूबसूरत लगती है। आप भी इसे जरूर बनाएं।

Ingredients for dough:
All purpose flour- 1+1/2 cups (200 gms)
Ghee- 1/4 cup (50 gms) 4tbsp
Salt- 1tsp (or to taste )
ajwain-1tsp
water-1cup
Dry Masala for stuffing:
coriander seeds-1tbsp
cumin seeds-1tbsp
asafoetida(hing)-1/2tsp
Ingredients for thecha :
some fresh coriander leaves
green chilli-2
ginger-1/2inch
garlic cloves-3,4
For Matar stuffing:
Fresh Green pea- 1.5 cup
salt-1tsp
black salt-1tsp
Kashmiri red chilli Powder- 1tbsp
Coriander powder-1tbsp
Dry Mango Powder (aamchur)-1/2 tsp
chaat masala- 1/ 4 tsp
turmeric powder -1/2tbsp
