Atta pinni is a Punjab special recipe. We are making it in 1 kg proportion. It is a very easy and simple recipe. You don’t need to take lot of efforts. I will show you step by step recipe. You can call this as “gond ke laddu.” It is a very healthy and delicious recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 50 gm Almonds
• 50 gm Cashew nuts
• 50 gm Walnuts
• 50 gm Raisins
• 300 gm Wheat flour
• 200 gm Ghee
• 100 gm Gond
• 50 gm Melon seeds
• 10 gm Ginger powder
• 5 gm Cardamom powder
• 200 gm powdered Sugar
• Pistachios slices
Method:
• Blend almonds into coarse powder in mixer and add cashew nuts, walnuts.
• Blend it together into coarse powder and add raisins. Pulse it just once.
• You can decide and quantity and the dry nuts to be used according to your choice.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add wheat flour, ghee.
• Roast it on medium heat until nice aroma is released and the color changes to caramel.
• When the mixture begins to release ghee and nice aroma is released add gond.
• You can fry gond in ghee and then add it into the mixture if you want.
• Mix well and add melon seeds, and dry nuts powder.
• Mix well and roast together on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and add ginger powder, cardamom powder.
• Mix well and let the mixture cool down a little.
• Add powdered sugar and mix well.
• Roll pinni from the mixture and garnish with pistachios slices and almond. Pinne is all ready.
• You can roll ladoos from the mixture if you want.
• You can store pinni in an air tight container when it cools down completely.
• It has shelf life of about 2-3 months.
