I hope my situation is not the exception. Usually when I wear saree, I get a lot of compliments from every one around me. Some women even wish they can a saree as frequently as I do. May of my colleagues want to wear saree as well, but usually dont is manily due to practicality and lack of experience. It's stuff like hopping into public transport, staying in ladies' hostel, finding the saree "heavy" compared kurtha. Was never ridiculed even in corporate. Found this skit strange.
