You should make Carvaan for car double din music system and when u launch I will be first buyer for your product and I have doubt what type quality audio u are giving mean its mp3 or wav because mp3 not a good quality and I cant listen all instruments details in mp3 songs and your carvaan radio 5000 songs what is the audio quality.

Dear Gentalman, Happy to know about different model, myself is purchased Caravan basic model, I kept your product use in my home. Myself is owner of Instrumentation company in Mumbai, from last 18 years and worked in Japanese company. In our office if any problem in our product complent, we keep it in our office meeting room, I see it every day, the it is disappeared from meeting room, I get the email, that means product is service and customer is happy, I also do listing for such problematic issues paper tag for each subject, the day problem is solved Tag is not there. I don't want to write hole story about caravan basic model, by using this platform, how I am handed by your company because, I am professional person and responsible owner of the my company, you know that to develop the image of products and company lots work and man hours alll team members. However every morning when make attempt to use Caravan, I get only frustration from day I purchased, I have all communication over email made with your Mumbai office located at Grant Road, even I contacted your Kolkata office tried to reach your CEO, they tranferd to Mumbai office. However at the end of my message here would like say it takes lots of time to establish brand name and products but only one customer feed back can damage the name. You will be surprised that your technician has used ball pen 🖋 to reset the product and all ink went inside, I am Engineer can not tolerate such things. Saragama has replaced or given new products that was also not working, I gave to your authorized reseller, he said now battery is not working, paid Rs. 1000/- then he connector is not working that he has done free of cost. Bottom line is product is not performing, let me tell you very honestly, this not acceptable, you can check with your office in Mumbai all communication of email id [e-mail] If your company is serious to support should replace my product, you know I don't have time to go consumer forum, or Jago Grahak Jago, there will be I am saying few customers like me unsatisfied, they have similar situations, but they will awake. What u say is true.In their 5000 songs 1st big Caravan their r more than ,480 duplicate songs quite irrirating for SR citizens n u can't get back to the song with backward button .it goes some where else only.and their after sales service is given to some private repairers who take more than a month to attend n plus inspite of telling them earlier the problem they dont send the part on the first day inspite of we paying for the new part. The man was not giving me the old unworking part. Means the part was repairable. I did not allow him to take it. useless

New carvaan ko launch karne se phele apna purana carvaan mein jo problem hai use sahi kijia.technician bilkul bhi achhe nahi hai.specially kolkata ka technician ka work bohut kharap hai.5-6 times company se anne ke baad bhi repair nahi kar paye.bahut pareshani uthana par raha hai.agar kisika new launch morden technology carvaan mein problem ho to kaise thik kar payega?1year warranty hai but 10 days ke baad company carvaan ka repair aur repair nahi kar paye to kuch bhi responsibility lene ko raji nahi hain.
