Ye film jab release huee thi mai 14 years ka tha us waqt radio vividh bharati par is film ka radio programme hota tha vishesh kar ye geet sunane k baad mai soch me duba rehta kya hai geet ahista ahista pata chalne laga isaka matlab ..kya khubsuratise insaan ,samaj k jeevan aur unaki bhavanao se jude sawal ka sundar milap is geet me hai..puri gaman film ki team ko mera sau baar salaam..

I can reflect back, like many, when i came to Bombay after graduation to find a career, although I had no pressures, but undoubtedly I recollect through this amazing screenplay of this song, the personal sagas within almost all whom you saw on the roads, in the local trains, buses were similar, the city grinded them, squeezed out every drop of sweat out of them, they all existed, doing hard work, but within they had memories, emotions like it was secretly guarded, preserved yet expressed in the lost expressions. But...man...the magic of Jaidev and how he immortalizes poetry..his choice of singer...it all gets very personal no doubt 🤔

सुरेश वाडेकर जी ने एक इंटरव्यू में खुद बताया था, कि जयदेव जी ने ये गाना उनसे माइक से काफी दूर खड़े होकर गाने को कहा था, सुरेश वाडेकर जी घर आकर बहुत दुखी थे कि ऐसा क्यों किया? बाद में पता चला कि उन्होंने एक मास्टरपीस गाया था, और अनुभव क्या होता है
