With a rushed account you can always use a rune to upgrade a bunch of walls so you can claim a new one

Supercell Seriously needs to update builderbase. It is unbelievably frustrating at builder hall 10. It ALWAYS feels like youre missing a troop because you only get 1 bomber that is only useful for the first bomb.

you are better of upgrading every equipment to lvl 9 and then maxing all of them further cause it gets way more expensive over time and lvl 9 is a good return on investment lvl where you get some value from the equipment without spending too much ores

I'm going from clan to clan as I also have a broken account. I try to donate more than i take but I basically get completely ignored to the extent of why do I bother? If it wasn't for the daily donate I probably wouldn't bother. These clans really need leaders that actually turn up. Only yesterday I was noticed that I had left by a pathetic leader that is running the clan into the ground

The only reason I have multiple accounts on clash of clans is because of clans this is why I only have one on SB BS CR and HD which Im reasonablely good at SB all of them are level 3 BS I have 3 maxed out brawlers and CR I have a maxed card and HD I played for 20 minutes one time

its high value yes but if he is doing like a queen charge or walk or has the unicorn maxed for sustain since he has every equipment al lvl 1 and he uses the heroes for the town hall which a blimp can be more effective i dont see it being beneficial at lvl 1 it starts taking effect at like lvl 6/9/12+ so yeah its better if he just gets the damage equipment like giant arrow spiky ball and fireball since they do raw damage that not based on the hero dmg like the rocket spear and they will have more value whenever used even in farming with the sneakies
