I am severely Traumatized and almost turned schizophrenic 2 years ago. However i am actually finding my way back to reality. This music is just deep and almost magical. I like the first 20 minutes the most. And I want to leave a message for everyone who is struggeling with Trauma: Your Brain is just trying to keep you alive. Acknowledge your thoughts. They are there to protect you. However you don't need to follow them anymore. If you practice this during the day, you will ground yourself naturally. It is a process. Trust your feet to bring you back to yourself. I pray that you find your way and yourself.

One more thing I want to say. Let your body do, what it needs to do. What do I mean by this? You can for example look into your eyes through the mirror and stay present. I know staying present may be hard but just try it. It will get easier from time to time. You can learn a lot from just looking into the mirror. And when you stay present, your body starts working and you will experience psychosomatic symptoms. Thats when you know you are on the right path.

​@@annaberg1200 ​ @Ann Åberg Hey, I hope I can help a little. I am doing much better then when I wrote the comment above. So it will actually get better. I will just try to give you something certain in this hard times. So First: What happened to me, was that I was kind of lost in the outside world and in all my emotions. Everything was mixed up and I just couldnt find a way out. So basically as if you are underwater at night and you dont know where the top and where the bottom is. Looking back on what got me to the point where I am now was probably trusting that it will be ok. There is a lot of procecces in the nervous system and by trusting that it will be ok your nervous system will slowly open up more. Another important point was that I kind of had to function while all this was happening so I had to behave a certain and not really free way and I think this would be the case for many people in this situation. Step 2 was beginning to trust myself again (and also the world). It was really hard in my condition and I didnt even know what any of this meant during this times. It is just me looking back now. So maybe I emberassed myself or did something stupid or much more but none of this matters now because it liberated me more. And basically thats where I am right now. I begin to discover my talents and I also dont know what this means and in 10 years I will maybe look back and be like daaamn i am so glad I didnt kill myself. I learn to carry my story and that matters for now. And I try to write lyrics about it all but I can only do it now. I did it before but I forced it and forcing makes it all worse because you want your nervous system to open up. So basically forcing wont help much, When you feel like you can do it maybe talk to someone about it. You can talk to me too if you have questions. I didnt take meds and I would recommend it also many people dont understand the nature of this so meds will be everything they will offer when in reality meds are nothing compared to some real help. You will naturally learn more and be more grounded as long as you keep going. Trust it all. Even if its hard. You are not alone. You got this

Wowie. I'm currently elbow deep in a really serious addiction to fentanyl that I'm struggling to get over. Life under the fog of narcotics... there's no real living. But by the second minute of this album I already had tears in my eyes which is something that hasn't happened much since I lost my partner and fell off the wagon. Thanks for that! It takes a lot to cut through the thick skin of opium haze straight to the soul.

This might be some of the best of anything I've ever heard. I can feel my... mind... reverting. Thinking like I did before this drug took over. Back to the time when I was also at Atitlan. My heart's stirred as well for the first time in some while, reminding me that it's never stopped wanting to return and that I haven't had ears to listen. The only other thing with the power to pull someone out of an addiction like this is a laser-sharp jolt of pure love. But I think that might just be another way to describe your music.

@@nigeleverdidge82 Hi Nigel I never read comments but I happened to read yours I was addicted to heroin until recently. I had a powerful Ayahuasca ceremony experience where I was bathed in pure love and acceptance (we were listening to music like this). Since this I have no desire to take any unclean substances again, I feel on a 24/7 natural high. I dont know your situation but from your comment I would guess this would be life changing it has been for me. Dont just take my word tho do some research and see if it feels rights for you. Peace and Love brother I know how dark things can look when you are stuck in trap. I wish you the best
